How to generate QR codes in bulk
- Add your data. Paste one link per line, or upload a CSV exported from Excel or Google Sheets.
- Map the columns. Choose which column holds the QR content and, optionally, which one names the files (for example a product SKU or table number).
- Design once. Colours, shapes and logo apply to every code.
- Generate. Watch the progress bar, cancel at any time, and get a ZIP with every code plus
report.csv.
CSV format
Any comma-separated file works. A typical layout:
| sku | url |
|---|---|
| TSHIRT-RED-M | https://shop.example.com/p/tshirt-red |
| TSHIRT-BLUE-M | https://shop.example.com/p/tshirt-blue |
Choose url as the content column and sku as the filename column to get TSHIRT-RED-M.png, TSHIRT-BLUE-M.png and so on. Duplicate names get a numeric suffix; unsafe characters are replaced.
Limits, honestly
- Up to 5,000 rows and 5 MB per CSV per batch. Bigger jobs: split the file.
- Speed and maximum size depend on your device's memory. Thousands of 2048 px PNGs make a very large ZIP; SVG is far smaller.
- Rows that are empty, invalid as URLs or too long for a QR code are skipped and listed in the report — nothing is silently truncated.
Is the report safe to open in Excel?
Yes. Cells beginning with =, +, - or @ are prefixed with an apostrophe so spreadsheet apps treat them as text rather than formulas (CSV injection protection).
